How much does it cost?

This depends on the package setup that you choose, from Whatsapp, Email, Airtable. Contact us about your needs and find out what we can do for you. Pricing is set based on the number of property units.

Can I use just the contractor price check software?

Yes, Cleartrade uses a modular setup so you can choose which products you want to use. Ideally, the best value is achieved when using the full system as AI Agents can automate most of the busy work, leaving you to make the important decisions, such as which contractor to choose to make the repair.

Can images be sent via Whatsapp?

Yes, that's the whole point! Our research found that most contractors prefer to see image and video of what the repair issue is before they even quote a price or come to the property. Our Whatsapp app is able to create an initial diagnoses that helps contractors understand the context of the repair, and lets us ballpark the repair cost. For example, emergencies can be escalated to a custom number based on your settings.

I have only 1 property, can I still use this?

Yes you can, if you qualify for our New Landlord Startup package, you can also receive Cleartrade free for up to 3 months. Customers find that the value provided by automation and price estimation tools benefits at around 18 requests a year. The benefits accrue as your portfolio increases as more annual maintenance requests are required.

I already have my own contractors?

For many landlords this is already the case. You can add your own contractors to the Approved Vendor contractor list and they will be able to give you price estimates. In addition, you can also check their prices against the wider market for contractors that service your area.
