Can I use Whatsapp on its own?

Whatsapp can be used as a standalone product. If you do not use a CRM, then Whatsapp app can be used to automatically send emails or link to your Airtable using an API. These requirements are setup when your account is opened.

Can images be sent via Whatsapp?

How can it access property specific data?

Private data repos are setup for your organisation when your account is created. The LLM can access only your own data, and only the authorised phones that are set in your customer database.
