Will it integrate with my existing CRM?

Of course. We have API integrations with leading property CRM platforms, and for those we do not have integrations with, we are able to integrate manually or in conjunction with the software team from the CRM provider.

How does Out of Hours LLM work?

A dedicated phone line is setup so that tenants can call when employees are not at work. The LLM has a natural English accent that can respond to the caller, ask clarifying questions and authenticate the caller, diagnose the issue and create a ticket summary that is transferred into your CRM so that the ticket is waiting for your employee to action when he or she arrives at your office.

How can it access property specific data?
